What exactly did I buy?: Empire Builder is an activation you paste into your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini). It turns your AI into your personal business empire — a Personal Assistant, your first business, an Empire Map, and starter templates. One-time setup, yours to keep.
How do I activate it?: Copy your activation key (the "Activate your Empire" button in your account, or from your emailed pack), open a new chat in Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini, paste it, and press send. Your empire builds itself — it'll ask you to name your Personal Assistant and set things up.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?: No. It works on the free version of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. (Saving it permanently — via Projects, Custom GPTs, or Gems — may need a paid plan on some, but your empire activates and runs on free.)
Where's my key? I've lost it.: It's always in your account (the key icon), in the confirmation email we sent you, and in your downloaded pack. Sign in any time and copy it again.
Which file do I open in the download?: You only ever open ONE file — the START-HERE guide in your pack. Extract the ZIP first (don't open files from inside the zip), then follow the guide.
Can I do this on my phone?: Yes. Copy your key, switch to your AI app, paste into the message box, and send.
Will my empire remember me next time?: In a plain chat, your AI forgets when you start a new conversation. To keep your PA and empire every time, paste your key into a Project (Claude), Custom GPT (ChatGPT), or Gem (Gemini) — the guide shows how. It's optional; your empire runs either way.
