Open your AI and paste.
Open a plain new chat in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — no project setup needed. Paste the code and hit send.

Sign in first. Sign in to your AI (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini) before you paste — that's what lets it remember your setup between chats. If you paste while logged out, it works for that one chat only and won't be saved.

Use Ctrl+V. To paste, click the message box and press Ctrl+V (right-click Paste can be blocked until you approve a clipboard prompt).

Windows / Linux

Open a new chat → click the message box → Ctrl V → Enter

Mac

Open a new chat → click the message box → ⌘ V → Return

iPhone / Android

Open a new chat → tap the message box → long-press → tap Paste

Create a persistent workspace. Claude: claude.ai → Projects → New Project.
ChatGPT: chatgpt.com → Explore GPTs → Create → Configure tab.
Gemini: gemini.google.com → Gems → New Gem.

Paste your activation code into Instructions. Use the same code from Step 1 above. Save.

Optional: upload empire-sheet.html and block.json from your ZIP into the knowledge/files section. This gives your AI richer visual context but the empire works without it.
Expanding your empire

Adding a block.

Each block ZIP you buy works the same way. Open your empire chat, copy the block's setup-code.txt, paste it in as a message. Done — your new business is added, and your assistant runs it from its own desk.

Common questions
Which AI should I use?
Any of the three works. Already using one? Load your empire there. Starting fresh? Claude (claude.ai) is a great place to begin — free to start.
Can I load my empire into more than one AI?
Yes. Your ZIP is yours. Paste the activation code into Claude AND ChatGPT if you like — same empire, both places.
My assistant stopped remembering me. What happened?
You're probably in a plain chat. Either re-paste your activation code to restart the session, or set up a Project / GPT / Gem (optional section above) for persistent memory.
