Empire Builder Getting Started Guide
Your empire is ready

Activate your empire
in 3 steps.

Your empire is in the ZIP you just downloaded. Load it into the AI you use every day — Claude, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini — and it comes to life.

Step 1
Create a space for your empire.
Open your AI and create a new project or workspace. This is where your empire will live.
Claude

Go to claude.ai → Projects → New Project.

ChatGPT

Go to chatgpt.com → Explore GPTs → Create → click the Configure tab.

Google Gemini

Go to gemini.google.com → Gems in the sidebar → New Gem.

Don't have an account yet? They're free to start. Claude is a great place to begin.
Step 2
Upload your empire files.
From your ZIP, upload these two files into the knowledge or files section of your project:

Where to upload

Claude: click the + in Project Knowledge.
ChatGPT: scroll to Knowledge → Upload files.
Gemini: click Add files under Instructions.

Step 3
Paste your activation code.
Open setup-code.txt from your ZIP. Copy everything inside it and paste it into the instructions field of your project. Save.
Where to paste

Claude: Project Instructions field → Save.
ChatGPT: Instructions field (Configure tab) → Create.
Gemini: Instructions field → Save.

Expanding your empire

Adding a block.

Each block ZIP you purchase works the same way as your Base. Two minutes to expand.

Open your empire. Go to the Project, GPT, or Gem you created above.

Upload the block files. Add empire-sheet.html and block.json from your new block ZIP into the same knowledge section.

Paste the block code. Open setup-code.txt from the block ZIP, copy it, and paste it into a new chat message. Your assistant adds the new business and walks you through naming it.
Common questions
Which AI should I use?
Any of the three works beautifully. If you already use one, load your empire there. Starting fresh? Claude (claude.ai) is a great place to begin — free to start.
Can I load my empire into more than one AI?
Yes. Your ZIP files are yours. Create a project in Claude and ChatGPT if you like — the same empire, both places.
My assistant stopped responding. What do I check?
Make sure you're inside the right Project / GPT / Gem, and that your empire files are still uploaded. Re-upload from your ZIP and re-paste your setup code if needed.
